Queen of Statics 2026

The inaugural edition took place on September 12, 2026 at the Velódromo Municipal Tasio Greciano in Galapagar (Madrid), a venue lent by the town council. The venue was originally C22 Calisthenics Park in Collado Villalba; on August 9 the organizers announced the move to the velodrome, about ten minutes away by car, for capacity reasons. The format: direct battles in front of a judging panel, with no qualification round on event day.

Results. Nadia Marteas (Argentina) took the first crown and the €1,000 first prize by beating Marilú Settimelli (Brazil) in the final, who received €500. No third place was announced. The organizers did not publish the intermediate battles.

The announced qualification paths:

• 2 spots via video classification: registration window March 19 - April 24, 2026. The video had to run 45 seconds to 1 minute, ideally uncut to show endurance, and include planche and front lever with holds and powermoves, one-arm handstand, and hefesto.
• 1 spot via the Power Fem Argentina national qualifier: Competencia Nacional de Calistenia Femenina, held April 12, 2026 in Monte Grande (Buenos Aires), hosted by @the.ffitnesslab. The winner got a direct pass plus two nights’ accommodation in Madrid.

Nadia Marteas represented Argentina after winning this Power Fem qualifier.

The organization revealed the competitors one by one between June and September 2026, after a silhouette teaser posted on June 4. Aina Moreno (Spain) was introduced as the first athlete on June 11, followed by Valentina Angarita (Colombia) on June 14, Léa Depagneux (France) on June 18, Teres Ryomen (Germany) on June 23, Mercedes Gutiérrez (Spain) on June 30, Nadia Marteas (Argentina) on July 7, Marilú Settimelli (Brazil) on July 16, Catalina Ortega (Chile) on July 22, Lena (Ukraine) on August 14, Shiva Zarif (Iran) on August 17, Maya Silva (Chile) on September 3 and finally Natalia Sitarz (Poland), announced as the last athlete on September 6. That makes twelve names announced for ten spots: the full-lineup poster published the same day shows ten athletes, and neither Catalina Ortega nor Shiva Zarif appears on it. On the day, nine athletes competed: Aina Moreno, who is on the poster, appears neither on the drawn bracket nor in the run videos. No withdrawal was announced publicly. Kratos joined the sponsors on June 12.

The day’s schedule: doors at 16:00, athlete presentation at 16:20, pairing draw at 16:35, quarter-finals at 16:55, semi-finals at 17:45, final battle at 18:50 and prize ceremony at 19:40. Between rounds, crowd challenges with prizes, a judges’ exhibition, a women’s statics challenge open to the public, a speech by Blanca and Estefany, then a demo round by the two organizers before the awards. The event was streamed live on the competition’s Instagram account.
